Indeed you make your effort, and then you leave the rest to Allah. So you combine both, plan and trust in Allah that Allah knows best. What is best for us, we really do not know. We might think this is the best thing, and so we make our plan for it, but then Allah knows that that is not the best thing, so he gives you something else. We do not say why, why? No, we do not say why. We accept and we work with what Allah has destined. This is the proper approach. Please read & share: http://blog.islamiconlineuniversity.com/question/…

Indeed as believers, we seek Allah’s good pleasure and His closeness in every situation, in ease and in hardship. That’s how wonderful the affairs of a believer is as mentioned in this hadeeth:As Muslim (2999) narrated that Suhayb (may Allaah be pleased with him)said: The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “How wonderful is the affair of the believer, for his affairs are all good, and this applies to no one but the believer. If something good happens to him, he is thankful for it and that is good for him. If something bad happens to him, he bears it with patience and that is good for him.”

The prayers are a type of purification for a human being. He turns and meets with his Lord five times a day. As alluded to above, this repeated standing in front of Allah should keep the person from performing sins during the day. Furthermore, it should also be a time of remorse and repentance, such that he earnestly asks Allah for forgiveness for those sins that he committed. In addition, the prayer in itself is a good deed that wipes away some of the evil deeds that he performed. These points can be noted in the following hadith of the Prophet (peace be upon him): “If a person had a stream outside his door and he bathed in it five times a day, do you think he would have any filth left on him?” The people said, “No filth would remain on him whatsoever.” The Prophet (peace be upon him) then said, “That is like the five daily prayers: Allah wipes away the sins by them.” (Recorded by al-Bukhari and Muslim.)

Indeed in the remembrance of Allah hearts are assured and in Salaah, remembrance of Allah is greater. Salaah contains supplicating Allah, asking His Mercy, feeling of being in contact with Him and far from other worldly matters. Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) used to say: “Let us find comfort in it – i.e., in prayer – O Bilaal.”

Indeed stop worrying, rely upon Allah keeping your duty to Him and He will take care of everything. Allah has promised that if we are sincere in faith and do righteous good deeds, He will give us best of life in this world and reward accordingly in the hereafter. Alhamdulillah.“Whoever works righteousness — whether male or female — while he (or she) is a true believer (of Islamic Monotheism) verily, to him We will give a good life (in this world with respect, contentment and lawful provision), and We shall pay them certainly a reward in proportion to the best of what they used to do (i.e. Paradise in the Hereafter)” [al-Nahl 16:97]

Although Allah hates sin and warns of punishment for it, He does not want His slaves to despair of His mercy. He likes the sinner to seek His forgiveness and repent to Him, but the shaytan (devil) likes it when despair fills a person’s heart andprevents him from repenting and turning to Allah.

Anas Bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: “I heard the Messenger of Allah [peace and blessings of Allah be upon him] say, “Allah the Almighty said: O son of Adam, so long as you call upon Me and ask of Me, I shall forgive you for what you have done, and I shall not mind. O son of Adam, were your sins to reach the clouds of the sky and were you then to ask forgiveness of Me, I would forgive you. O son of Adam, were you to come to Me with sins nearly as great as the earth and were you then to face Me, ascribing no partner to Me, I would bring you forgiveness nearly as great at it”.” [Al-Tirmidhi, no. 3608]

“Always hate what is wrong, but do not hate the one who errs. Hate sin with all your heart, but forgive and have mercy on the sinner. Criticize speech, but respect the speaker. Our job is to wipe out the disease, not the patient.” Imam al-Shafi'i

The purpose of life is to achieve real happiness by worshiping the One True God (Allah) in everything that we do.“And I did not create the jinn and mankind except to worship Me.”[Qur'aan 51:56] The purpose of life is to achieve real happiness by worshiping the One True God (Allah) in everything that we do.“And I did not create the jinn and mankind except to worship Me.”[Qur'aan 51:56

Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) explained the way that will bring us closer to Allah, may He be glorified, in the most concise and clearest terms. Al-Bukhaari (6502) narrated that Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “Allah says: ‘Whoever takes a close friend of Mine as an enemy, I declare war on him. My slave does not draw closer to Me by anything more beloved to Me than that which I have made obligatory upon him, and My slave continues to draw closer to Me by doing naafil (supererogatory) deeds until I love him, and if I love him I will be his hearing with which he hears, his vision with which he sees, his hand with which he strikes and his foot with which he walks. If he were to ask of, I would surely give to him; if he were to seek refuge with Me, I would surely grant him refuge. I do not hesitate about anything that I want to do as I hesitate to take the soul of a believer, for he hates death and I hate to hurt him.” This hadith clearly and concisely highlights the way to become a close friend of Allah, may He be exalted, for the one who wants to be one of His close friends.

It was narrated from Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “There is not a single Prophet who was not given signs so that the people would believed in him because of them. What I have been given is a Revelation that Allah has revealed to me, and I hope that I will be the one with the most followers on the Day of Resurrection.”

    Narrated by al-Bukhaari (1044) and Muslim (152)

Allah says that, “And if you obey most of those upon the earth, they will mislead you from the way of Allah…”(Qur'an 6:116)It is in our best interest that we follow the guidance of Prophet (pbuh) as Allah says,“There has certainly been for you in the Messenger of Allah an excellent pattern for anyone whose hope is in Allah and the Last Day and [who] remembers Allah often.” (Noble Qur'an: 33:21)Narrated by al-Bukhaari (5066) and Muslim (1400) from Ibn Mas‘ood, who said: We were with the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him), young men who had nothing of wealth. The Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said to us: “O young men, whoever among you can afford it, let him get married, for it is more effective in lowering the gaze and guarding one’s chastity. And whoever cannot afford it should fast, for it will be a shield for him.”

Ibn Hajar (may Allah have mercy on him) said:
In this hadith it is encouraged to be easy-going in transactions, to have the most sublime of attitudes, and to avoid miserliness, and it is encouraged to avoid putting pressure on people when asking for payment, and to take from them what they can afford.
    Fath al-Baari (4/307)
